About Har Ki Pauri

Har Ki Pauri was built in 1st century by Raja Vikram. His brother Bhratuhari did Austerity here for Lord Vishnu. After his Austerity Lord Vishu appeared and gives him blessings. From there this place is named as Har Ki Pauri (Foot Prints of God). Places where drop of nectar fell down are Nasik, Ujjain, Haridwar and Allahabad. That’s why Kumbh Mela Festival is also organized in Haridwar.

Every day at evening aarti starts from 06:00 pm – 07:00 pm and at morning it starts from 5:30 am to 6:30 am at Har Ki Pauri. Many people visit Har Ki Pauri for Ganga aarti.

We take some advance as a token of confirmation, so that your puja will be booked on a particular date and time. However, advance is completely refundable in case of cancellation or reschedule.

Do we need to arrange any Puja Samagri?

All essential pooja Samagri including flowers will be arranged by us. However Fruits, sweets, Milk and Curd are not part of the samagri

Is their any hidden charges or do i need to pay extra money to a priest as dakshina?

No, you don’t need to pay any extra amount as dakshina as this will be already included in the package. We follow a strict policy and discourage such things

What is the procedure of payment?

You can pay the partial amount as a token advance to confirm your booking. You can pay the balance amount after the puja with cash directly to our Priests or through Online transfer.
