Cancellations & Refund Policy
We support you in exceptional circumstances which can compel you to cancel the booked order. Our customer friendly policies to deal with such circumstances are as under; Here Pujat International Private Limited is referred as Diyabati
- If the order is cancelled two days before the day of the Puja. e.g., if the Puja is scheduled to be held on Sunday and the cancellation is done on Friday: No deduction full amount received will be refunded to your account.
- If the order is cancelled one day before the day of the Puja. e.g., if the Puja is scheduled to be held on Sunday and the cancellation is done on Saturday: Rs 500 per pandit will be deducted from the advance amount paid and balance will be refunded to your account.
- If the order is cancelled on the day of the Puja: No refund will be provided to the customer
- Devotees have to send their cancellation request with Puja registration details citing the reason via e-mail to account@diyabati.com
- Approval of cancellation will be sent within 3 working days and dues shall be refunded within 12 working days, subject to the cancellation policy.
- If due to any reason, we fail to provide the service for booked Puja, entire paid amount by devotees will be refunded within 12 working days. An amount of 5% of the Puja cost subject to maximum Rs 500 also will be refunded to the devotee as a Grievance amount.
- The Company also at its sole discretion may cancel any order (s):
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
- In case of unavailability of the slot, or
- For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
- If the Company does not want to do business with the User
- Puja is an emotional act and requires full devotion of the devotee. If Puja is done with true wish and full devotion, it really works but action of good things is not immediate. It is slow and steady process. Our priests are trained and will perform all Puja/s with full kindness and devotion, so that you get full advantage and the blessings of GOD for your desired welfare. You require performing Puja/s regularly for more advantages. No one can take Guarantee of definite results as all this depends upon various factors and the belief. But if we have true belief, we get definite advantage and results.
